Odor & stain remover is an oxygen producing product with enzymes that
neutralizes urine odors & removes the toughest stains.
Dilution: Remove padding and seal floor if necessary. Clean the carpet
thoroughly. Mix 4 oz with 1 gallon of warm (not boiling) water. Pre-test in an
inconspicuous area for any adverse reaction. Make sure the carpet is color fast.
Do not use on natural fibers like wool, cotton and silk. Do not shake in an
enclosed container as the oxygen will create pressure inside. Saturate the area
being cleaned. Let stand for 30 minutes then extract thoroughly.
This is the best urine stain and odor
removal on the market. More concentrated than other type of products. Use OSR product when
nothing out there works. Most carpet cleaners use a sanitizer and syringe and
inject in carpet. They charge between $50 - $100 per area. But when the
sanitizer doesn't work and this is a extreme situation where animals were left during the
day for months at a time. Then you will need OSR. Then you can charge $150 per
area plus.
If its the whole room - you can use this but I would charge at least the cost
to replace the pad. Then charge an extra to apply to carpet backing beyond the
$150. You can apply to pad, but may be easier to replace the pad instead.
Also, if there is a small urine stain on customers carpet, use OSR will
remove the stain and odor.
